Underpinning it all is a passionate belief in the strength of Integral Coaching as a profoundly powerful way for humans to navigate the rich, complex realities of life and become the best version of themselves possible, no matter what the context they are showing up in.

Working either in person or virtually,
I focus on three core areas:

Executive & Leadership

Helping individuals, teams
and corporations connect with their real selves to impact and
build success.

Personal Development

Helping you to see ‘you’
differently - with real clarity and honesty. And to then
develop a more fulfilling
way of being.

Teenagers

Helping to find themselves, have confidence, and build a strong foundation while transitioning towards adult life.

Executive &
Leadership

With over 35 years of Senior Management experience in Corporate life and in Leadership coaching across more than 75 countries, I have extensive experience of the many and varied challenges faced by leaders in very diverse operating contexts.

This ensures a highly developed ability to truly understand deep, complex, fluid organisational relationships/structures and the nuances that come with them. See the big picture and the small wrinkles. Navigate complexity with empathy, sensitivity, clarity.

I believe passionately in the power of ‘human leadership’, in building dynamic organisations and cultures, in driving individual growth. The focus is on creating an emotionally intelligent leadership capability that benefits the individual and the organisation through stronger, more authentic collaboration, accountability, vulnerability, courage, to deliver impact, effectiveness, and success.

Working with both individuals and teams, I provide:

  • Executive & Leadership Coaching

  • Leadership, Future Leadership/Next Gen Leaders Development

  • Mentoring (individuals and programmes)

  • Team Development and Support

  • Workshops, Seminars, Training programmes

Personal
Development

I don’t just focus on the person’s unique individuality but also the social context in which they are held.  Individuality includes experiences, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and intentions as well as everything that is happening to us physiologically. Social context includes the language(s) we speak, the culture we grew up in, are exposed to and engage in, the relationships we are a part of, the rich, layered history of the communities we belong to as well as the physical environment around us at work and home.

Understanding these drivers, how they combine and interact is pivotal. It draws on deep philosophical roots as well as biology, cognitive science, linguistics, psychology, spirituality and more, providing many avenues of insight and practice.

I strive to provide a strong, supportive, trust based framework to help clients develop and learn in a practical, sustainable way. Working towards building stronger self-awareness, becoming self-correcting and independent, having more capacity, fulfilling their potential, and embracing a richer, more authentic and holistic way of being.

Teenager

The transition through the teenage years from child to adult is complex and extremely challenging. Battling with profound changes on physical and emotional levels, quite literally everything they have ever known in their entire lives this far, is being questioned and reframed.

Compounding that, today’s teens and young adults are experiencing significantly higher levels of anxiety, stress, conflicting demands, pressure to excel and more, compared to previous generations.

Realistically, nothing can prepare them for dealing with those changes. With very limited experience and knowledge of life, this fast-track journey leaves many teens facing significant challenges that benefit from objective and experienced guidance to support their development.

I provide a safe, compassionate space for teens to express themselves without inhibition. Allow them to explore their own thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and desires without fear of judgment or shame. And so doing, help parents prepare their children for adulthood, nurturing their imaginations, and supporting them to become the fullest expressions of themselves.

My focus is on:

  • Fostering independence

  • Building confidence

  • Becoming self-aware

  • Relationship skills

  • Learning to trust

  • Finding themselves, who they are

  • Understanding their feelings and emotions

  • Learning to work with those emotions

  • Respect and value themselves

  • Stress management

  • …not to mention dealing with all that social media brings to the table

“Is the beam from a lighthouse affected by howling wind and rain? It remains perfectly steadfast and unaffected by the storm. Your true self is like that. Nothing can ever harm you once you are consciously aware that it is so.”

– Vernon Howard
